Martin Freeman, Ian McKellen, Andy Serkis and Richard Armitage at the Apple Store in London for Q&A Session

inbroadwayvalley:

Jed Brophy and Mark Hadlow answer the question “What’s your character’s best line?” at the Hobbit panel.

  • Audience Question:

This is a question for Dean. How do yo think Fili felt when Thorin never called his name, only ever called Kili's name.

  • Aidan Turner:

    Burn!

  • Dean O'Gorman:

Firstly, thank you for that question. Well, he meant to say Fili, but like pretty much everyone including me and Aidan we get our names wrong. Just on a side note Aidan actually called me Kili in a scene, so... yeah. Kili is easier to say. If he started saying Fili you might think he was going to say Fff- something else, you know. So he was better with Kili.

  • James Nesbitt:

Martin Freeman calls Kili and Fili, Ant & Dec, I don't know if anyone understands that reference. We're not quite sure which is which.

  • Stephen Hunter:

For those who are a little bit older Dylan and Brandon. Don't you think so?

  • MC:

No, no one. *As Jed and James make whoosh motions over their heads*

“Which of the Dwarves are guilty of the most takes ever, and why?” - [X]

Many thanks to the fantastic and very lucky the-kiwi-avenger for the original video

  • Audience Question:

What are your current favourite TV shows?

  • Graham McTavish:

    Obviously the Almighty Johnsons!

  • Sylvester McCoy:

    Breaking Bad.

  • Aidan Turner:

Breaking Bad for me as well.

  • Mark Hadlow:

    Game of Thrones.

  • Stephen Hunter:

    Yeah, Game of Thrones.

  • Peter Hambleton:

    24 hours in A&E.

  • Luke Evans:

    Family Guy.

  • John Callen:

    Shortland Street.

  • James Nesbitt:

    Ah, Arrested Development

  • Jed Brophy:

    Monroe.

  • William Kircher:

    Americas Funniest Home Videos.

  • Graham McTavish:

Ah, Breaking Bad is one of my favourites.

  • Dean O'Gorman:

Ah, oh Family Guy. I'm a big Family Guy fan.

  • Aidan Turner:

    Gordon Ramsay Kitchen Nightmares USA.

  • Adam Brown:

Um, Game of Thrones, Big Bang Theory, and um, MasterChef.

  • Graham McTavish, William Kircher, and Jed Brophy:

One! You could only have one!

twobrokenwyngs:

John Callen: “I’d say Stephen Hunter, personally. Seeing him running around the trailer park wearing nothing but his fat suit is a sight nobody should be forced to see.”

Stephen Hunter: “I wasn’t wearing my fat suit that day.”

So, who IS the biggest prankster of the group? You decide.

luthiencaprae:

A Fan asked if the Dwarves could sing “Over Misty Mountain Cold” for us during The Hobbit Panel at Armageddon Expo Wellingon.
They Did :D

  • Audience Question:

I was just wondering what it was like to work with Benedict Cumberbatch?

  • Jed Brophy:

We didn't really get to work with him. He did all his work on the mo-cap stage. So we didn't really get to do that. But it felt good from afar.

  • Stephen Hunter:

I ordered him some food at the café and he was a lovely chap, very nice. Very nice man, very talented.

  • Luke Evans:

    And I killed him.

  • Sylvester McCoy:

And I met him when he was a little strip of a lad, because I worked with his Mum.

  • Luke Evans:

    Was he a CumberBaby?

  • Sylvester McCoy:

He wasn't a CumberPatch on his Mums acting.
