Hi!! I just saw your post about The Hobbit Blu Ray and DVD (yay!!!!) and I'm wondering if you know if this date is also for the extended version, if there is an extended version? Thanks!!!!!!

The article says “The March 19 home entertainment release will be followed by an Extended Edition in time for the holidays.” So probably November/December sometime. That’s what they did for the LOTR movies as well, so it’s not all that surprising. I can’t wait to see what the covers for those will look like though! :)
